Bellwether Housing is Seattle's largest nonprofit affordable housing provider. Their annual Closer to Home Luncheon is their signature fundraising event, bringing together hundreds of donors, community members, and advocates each year. For this high-profile gathering, Bellwether needed a fully integrated campaign that could unify event branding, digital promotions, and donor communications into a single, cohesive experience across every channel.

A campaign at this scale lives or dies by coordination. With custom illustrations, print and digital collateral, an event website, two storytelling videos, and active email, social, and advertising channels all running simultaneously, the work demanded both creative consistency and rigorous project management. Everything had to come together on time and feel like one campaign, not a collection of parts.

The most successful fundraiser in Bellwether's history. Donations grew from $364,000 to $628,000, a 73% increase, and attendance rose from 650 to 750 guests. The campaign delivered a unified brand experience across every touchpoint, from the first social post to the donations ask on the luncheon stage, to the post-event follow-up content.
