Forward Party, founded by Andrew Yang, launched with a clear premise: that American politics didn't have to be a binary choice. But a big idea needs a brand that can carry it. For a movement positioning itself outside the traditional left-right divide, the visual identity had to feel genuinely different, modern enough to attract a younger audience and approachable enough not to alienate anyone else.

  • Designing for a political organization that explicitly wants to avoid looking political is a genuinely tricky brief. The brand needed to signal unity and optimism without borrowing the visual language of either party, and it had to work across a wide range of applications, from social media to merchandise to print, all at launch speed.

  • A clean, bold brand identity that launched across digital and physical platforms simultaneously. The logo and visual system gave the Forward Party a recognizable presence from day one, with social media layouts and merchandise designs that extended the brand into the hands of supporters.
